any one clarify what a uax model difference (2003 civic)
its says on my tittle but can not really find any info on it

this is fairly common. There's also some titles that apparently say UCS.

It seems this is just a code that some states and provinces use to denote a Civic. Seems it's almost always a Civic EX coupe (http://www.honda-tech.com/showthread.php?t=2324588#) for the UAX code.

I've never seen any mention of it in Honda literature.
