What are you looking to spend/build. I saw something about supercharging in the tweak tune kaboom thread. I had a reply for you but infracted locked it before I could post it.

Import Power House (602) 272-9988 (Call)
or
U.S. Customz auto & fab (480)510-8235 (Text/Call)

both are great shops that can build your motor for you.

Call Ramsey at IPH he will set you up with a block. (602) 272-9988

Until then here is my opinion

Sleeved 85mm b20 @12.5:1
CP pistons
Manley rods
Arp main/head studs
ACL race bearings
P&P head
Supertech valves/springs/retainers
Rocket ms cams
S2 camgears
S2 74mm tb
S2 intake manifold
Hytech header
Id 1000cc injectors
Walbro 255lph
Full sized rad with oil cooler
GSR tranny

Depending on if you decide to supercharge some things will change

Jackson racing SC with LHT mod
LHT aftercooler
11:1 compression

Gsr gears seem long for road racing also that SC route is gonna be expensive. I think with a b16 trans and all motor, you will have enough fun.

I wouldn't do the LHT water to air intercooler setup/ I had this set about 4 years ago, I had to pull and send back the intercooler 3 times because of hair line cracks.

I also wouldn't go supercharger just because I had a fully built GSR sleeved block, Joe Alaniz head, my Jackson Supercharger was sent to Endyne to have him work it with his magic, I also had the LHT air to water intercooler setup and the endyne pulley set up, had Xact dyno it and made 272WHP with the setup.

Even with the LHT intercooler setup and the road race heat exchanger my car would still heat soak pretty quick, not to mention the Jackson Kit I bought cost $2200 new, $850 for the Endyn work and $1300 for the LHT kit so I had over 4K invested. I ended up pulling the Jackson kit had Xact dyno sell it on Ebay, picked up a used garrett 57 trim turbo, AFI ram horn, intercooler, piping, waste gate and blowoff valve for $1200 dollars and made 480WHP.

I would either go All motor or Turbo. I have heard though the Jackson Kits work pretty well with K series set ups, but in my opinion I would stay away.

AZCIVIC- that's sorta what I figured, you can make 250hp all motor or 290hp s/c... And it costs like an extra 3-4k to do so.

I would hit up Teague Speed Racing to see what he is got to offer.

what kind of engine are we talking about here?

250hp out of a b-series is pushing every conceivable limit

accord k24 with s2k cams and valvetrain 200hp with JRSC 300hp

And if your gonna go n/a s/c I would use a different rod. Big hp then yes a turbo tuff rod. Just a thought.

Thanks jason for a rec.
