k swap

I have a question have anyone did a k20a2 head with a k24z3 bottom swap yea I just wanna know if everything would bolt up right or would I have to change out the piston to clean from hitting the head and would a type s tranny would on the k24z3 block? If anyone have done this swap before that would be a big help to me

You should swap the pistons and rods so you will have a fresh motor and be able to rev it to 8600 rather then the 7800
Also the timing chain covers are different and headgaskets are different.

Was also known that you need to use a tsx half shaft and cut it 2 in or so and space the motor from the trans. Bad idea since you can buy a older 02/04 accord engine for hella cheap and put the prb head on there with just a piston and rod change. There the same bore and stroke and that's what your after.

you could use a K24A2 bottom end or just build a K24A2 for either allmotor or boost both will be a badass build

Yup a 24a2 is a great option too. Daddy of all four cyls.
