If I have 272 cams can I use the stock springs or do I gotta get better ones? It's a b18a1 what would I need?

Anything larger the the Crower 402's aka Stage 1 cams must have a valve spring upgrade or you will float a valve. I would not rev the LS motor past 7800-8000rpms due to the risk of throwing a rocker arm. One of the reasons I went to a Vtec head, cant throw rocker arms. Also to make many power from larger cams you need to increase compression to at least 10.5:1 11:1-12:1 would be better.
