transmission quetion

well i got my dc2 with gsr tranny, thinking about putting a b16 tranny on it, just wanna know if its worth it thanks

What do you need the car for? A b16 transmission will give you shorter gears/ more shifting/ and higher RPM's on the freeway. Not really super ideal for a DD, but it can be done. If that doesn't really bother you, it will give you quicker acceleration, but lower top speed I believe.

Maybe some type r cams before the tune?

Just do a custom hybrid trans if your that worried about it. B16 1-4, GSR 5th. Best of both worlds. or LS 5th if you do a lot of freeway. I can put this together for you if needed too.
B16 gearing definitely makes a huge difference on a NA VTEC B-series and is definitely worth it.
