Since we got going on this on the other thread, I figured it deserved a thread of its own.

What does your pre-intra-post workout nutrition/supplementation look like?

Currently mine looks like this:
1.5hrs pre-wo whole food meal(50g pro/30gcarb/15fat)

15min pre wo- If I am taking a pre-wo I will start sipping that with some BCAA

Intra workout[/B:] right now I am using Mg's powdered muscle with 10g added PeptoPro(44g carb/30g pro) My intra protocol changes, as I like to experiment with things here.

[B]Immediately post I will have a shake. Today it was 30g protein(Trutein) with 2 servings cheesecake FF/SF pudding mix/ice, blended, and 1 rice crispy treat.(25g pro/30g carb)

Post-Post wo 1hr later whole food meal(biggest meal of the day 100g protein/75g carb)

As far as other supplements which IMO are good intra, one would Intrabolic. Hydrolized whey, eaa/+ leucine, beta-a, etc. Add some carbs if you desire.

Lastly this product which is finally about to hit the market. On paper it looks to be top notch. Ajinomoto BCAA(highest quality you can buy), PeptoPro, LCLT, etc. Add some carbs if needed.
