Finally....... I said fuck it on monday and started on this thing. Well I did the final finish on it tonight and I've gotta say out of all the heads I've done over the years this is one of my best yet. That last eco head I did is right with it. Pics don't give this thing justice at all, I wish I had a better cam but all I got is my phone right now. Its race ported intake and exhaust side with alot work focused on the exhaust to help it keep up with those intake ports, this is also the head I did the chambers on months back. Stock flow numbers at .500" of lift were 251cfm on the intake and 190 cfm on the exhaust. Im guessing the intakes are in the area of 290 cfm and the exhaust I would like to see in the 230 cfm range. Well that being said the pics will be up in a few mins here.

I got a fresh head here from alaniz and it has numbers upwards of 300 cfm... I can see on mine where the port is bigger on the valve entry, open yours up in the specified area and you'll be perfect! Sweet job tho man, ive done these myself and its a huge mess... but well worth it. Nice job!

Thanks everyone. I've got about 25 hours total in this thing. To rzare and integra, I use all kind of tooling the 2 obvious ones are cartridge rolls and carbide burrs, the others I'm sorry to say im not going to mention. I would really hope to see over 300 cfm on the intake ports being that Ive gotten it on my race ported neon and eco heads, I'm just being conservative. I still need to put new guides in and get the machine work done, and i may put it on the bench also just to answer the question off how much it flows. And then it will be up for sale.

I can do it once the machine work is done no problem...... I would imagine they are no bigger then 44cc's.

How is it even a question whether or not to get it flowed?
I would never buy a ported head that does not have before and after numbers, and preferably from the same bench.
I'm not trying to be a jackass, since you seem very skilled at what you do, just curious.
For example, if you could produce consistent improvements that are bench proven to be on par with the famous head porters, for a competitive price, I'm sure you could make a little money off Honda heads locally

I do want to get this one flowed to see what it does so I have numbers for future reference. With my neon and eco heads I flow benched them to get my advertised numbers for when I put them up for sale. I'm hurting for money right now so if somebody wants it with out flowing it them I'm fine with that, I can asure them they are getting a great flowing head. As far as other big name porters go, I've heard alot of them do not give flow bench numbers ........ Why I don't know. I personally have no problem with giving numbers out cause numbers obviously show what it flows flows. But they don't mean everything...... they do give agood idea of what a head is capable of. I put my self on the same level as dave @ head games or steve @ CC, or even port flow or alaniz, but hey maybe I just have a big head. Also once I get my numbers for a certain port job on a given head I run with those numbers from there on out as I know what I do to them and I'm very consistent. I have to out source for flow benching so before and after numbers for one hole cost me 150.00. Also I'll have a d16y8 head done probably next week ill be show casing also. I did not get before numbers on this head though.
