so my joints started hurt ,mainly my shoulders . this usually happens when i start lifting alot heavier weight for minimal reps.

i use to take a joint supplement and it use to help alot . but they stopped selling it on cheap supplements .. and i did not want to but animal flex because its like 40 bucks plus shipping .and the other product was 8 bucks and was working just fine.

i was wondering if there is anything i could eat or something i could buy at the store to help me out.

i know i should probably avoid my shoulder work out today .

Well keep them up. Specifically try and get a good deal of EFA's.

I never really found joint supps to do much.

You could try cissus

Other then that just try and stay strict on form, stay tight, etc.

back when i was breakin in my joints for heavy lifting, i was on that Joint Juice just cuz i liked the name but it turned out to be beneficial lol...also concentrating on dynamic stretches will help you. you should avoid static/ballistic stretching as well since you're in somewhat of a continuous recovery mode. also being strict on form with a moderate weight while in this recovery phase will show your joints where and how they need to focus so when you step back up in say, 2-3 weeks, they will be ready as a mofo

fish oils, flacseed oil, coconut oil, glucosamine pills, always stretch before lifting, warm up your shoulders and what I just started doing was dedicating one day a week to just shoulder workouts especially rear delts. havent had any shoulder pain for a few weeks now
