I thought I would share and hopefully get some helpful ideas for meals. The hard time I am having is lunch while at work. I usually cook excess protein for dinner but I would like more fresh ideas if you guys have any. I started Monday January 2nd and weighed in a 234.8lbs. Thanks

1 week weigh in 228.8 . -6 lbs in 7 days. Not bad eh?

The first few weeks are typically dramatic, especially if you were eating like total shit, or are cutting out carbs to a large degree.

Yeah my diet wasn't very good. And I pretty much eat 0 carbs anymore so it's been pretty rapid. Shooting for 210-215 range by end of January. Would like to end up about 190-195
