Tranny question.

I may be picking up this 01 civic for pretty cheap, but it has tranny issues. 2nd gear is fucked, sometimes its hard to get it in gear and sometimes pops out of 2nd gear. How hard is it to find these trannys? And whats the typical cost?

a few years ago they were fairly easy to find for $150-250. I havent looked at d17 parts in awhile though so i am not sure of the going rates right anymore.
