Like it says. I have the motor pulled and would like to know what shops are still doing rebuilds. I would prefer to have it done with Honda parts. Engine is being rebuilt because it was knocking. I am in north phoenix.

Tri-tech

With OEM parts it wont be cheap. I did a d16y8 myself and spend well over $500 in parts, I re-used the pistons and rods. It did get cleaned and honed at the machine shop but, that's it.

Do you have a # for those places. I will spend extra $ to have it done right with good parts.

You would most likely be better off to just get a used engine. Can I ask why you want to rebuild?
