04 ex cd player issues

Hey guys, i have an 04 Ex, with factory audio, and the CD player says it has a disc in it, but doesn't. The cartridge is up in the loaded position so it won't accept a disc. I was wondering if anyones had this issue and if they solved it without pulling the player out and/or replacing it. Thanks!

Think I had a problem similar to this on mine. Just ended up ripping it out and having best buy install a deck that I wanted.
