ohh ok well yeah it can be hard just keep practicing untill you get it, sure you will get bruses along the way haha. Start by doing 180's and keep getting better untill you get a full 360 well thats what I do.

Just try anything you want to learn out of a bowl to flat. Nice air and easy to crash or bail without hurting yourself if you fuck it up. I've learned pretty much everything this way, 360's, whips, turndowns, barspins, once you get it down, take it to transition. Whips really are 100x easier than they look, it's all in the arms.

I haven't BMX'd since like '98 or '99 but I'm hoping to get back into dirt jumping and trail riding so I bought a '00 GT Box Power Series before I left to Afghanistan. I gotta relearn all the tricks cause I haven't ridden a bike since I stopped BMXing.
