Lately i've been doing 4 miles every other day. I will increase the mileage since its tri season so i can get conditioned for the races.
In the winter months, i was averaging 30 miles a week with one day off.

I just ran the Rock n Roll San Diego marathon..

I ran 10 - 15 miles a week at best. Here are my times for it...

Overall: 5499 (http://running.competitor.com/cgiresults_list?eId=38&eiId=85&seId=272) out of 7087
Division: 481 (http://running.competitor.com/cgiresults_list?eId=38&eiId=85&seId=272&division=M_25-29) out of 554
Gender: 3153 (http://running.competitor.com/cgiresults_list?eId=38&eiId=85&seId=272&gender=M) out of 3712

5 Km - 26:14
10 Km - 52:40
Half - 2:10:29
16.8 Mi - 3:02:07
20 Mi - 3:49:28
25 Mi - 5:09:12

Pace - 12:28
Chip Time - 05:26:36
Clock Time - 06:12:31

Not bad for my first actual running event and considering I smoke unfiltered Lucky Strikes, have a destroyed back and knees from 8 years of active duty service and a bicuspid aortic valve.

What kind of advice are you looking for?

I like 5ks. Anything longer than that, and I get bored....

One of these days I'd like run a sub 20minute 5k. Closest I've come is a mid-high 22:00
