EFin4dr and I just started eating MOSTLY Paleo as of yesterday! By mostly I mean that I have a sweet tooth still so I am allowing myself Vegan Chocolate Milk and 72%+ cacao dark chocolate.

We don't really have any weight loss goals; just looking to kick some bad eating habits.

Anyone tried this or at least familiar with it?

Google if you want some more info. :)

Don't feel like Google searching cliff notes on diet .

Or this is a pointless thread IMO

18 pounds of what.

That's not an accomplishment if you were already huge and just stopped eating bs.

Paleo has some solid principles. I just don't like anything that is sooo extreme or hardcore that you set yourself up for failure.

Like you said, you have a sweet tooth, so eat some fucking sweets every now and then. They won't kill you.

I love this video. This guy is a top sports nutritionist...lol

I don't consider myself lean but I'm not huge by any means. 6'3" 234 lbs was where I started
