This kit allows you to mount your standard Honda sized battery on the outside of the framerail, just behind the bumper..... $249.95



Fits 94-01 Integra, 92-2000 Civic.
Fits on passenger's or driver's side
Works with OR without an existing traction bar!
Comes with everything needed, except a battery!
Fits a standard Honda battery, aka group 51 or 51R (or smaller)
Completely adjustable from front to back to accomodate different tire sizes and allow the best bumper fitment!
All brackets are black powdercoated and hardware is zinc plated to resist corrosion.
Billet Aluminum battery hold down kit, with TSR logo engraved.

Yes it will pass tech. Since the battery is in the front of the car a sealed box isn't necessary.

This will pass NASA hpde and race group tech. The mounting hardware is equivalent (if not better) than OEM. The rules do not prohibit relocation position of any sort. They only require the battery to remain secured in its position without moving in the event of a spin or rollover AND have a non conductive cover over the positive terminal. [NASA CCRs, section 18.8, page 78] http://www.nasaproracing.com/rules/ccr.pdf

Not applicable to this kit, but the CCRs go on to say that gel cells need to have a sealed marine type case if mounted inside the driver's compartment.
