i wanna know how i can bake and open my itr headlights im actually scared to do it if theres someone that knows how and has done it if you could please help

Don't be a girl ;)
Turn your oven on low and bake them for like 5-15 min how ever long it takes for the glue to seperate then pull them apart.

You can use a heat gun that works pretty good also, are your's the h.i.d verison or non-hid?

are they glass?
i once heated up an old eg corner light just to test that method out...opened up the oven to a melted inward corner light LOL

I've always read to put it on 350 for 5/7 min. Did it with a old ek light just for testing and it worked fine

i remember seeing my friend do this to his headlights some time ago it works really good in the oven u just have to watch them
