Well I made a deal with Mario about porting everything on his top end while his head is off of his s/c prelude. Im gonna port the lower manifold (both ends) the blower inlet elbow to mate up to the 70mm throttle body and the head. I just finished the head today so the pics of it are below. After the machine work is done I'm gonna take more pics and after I get the rest of the parts done i will take pics of those also. That being said heres some info on the head.....

The porting isnt super aggressive as I don't have any cut aways showing me the thin areas of the casting, so I kept it conservative in the ports. Just like the b18c1 head I did the chambers in this head were crowded with shrouding around the valves. No worries there I took care of all of it. Once I get it back I'll go ahead and cc everything also. This thing is getting a full supertech valve train with standard sized valves.

Pics in the next post.....

Looks real good.
Did he have any base numbers, or something to compare after? Or is their more biggers besides this he is doing.

before numbers were 246whp and that was right around a year ago. that was at 4psi, a completely stock engine and throttle body, ebay header and 2.5" exhaust.

its using the same bottom end, everything else is different though. ported head, intake manifold and blower inlet elbow matched to a new 70mm throttle body, hytech replica header, 3" exhaust, and a new tune all now on 9psi. the goal is 330-350whp. imo those numbers are very abtainable.
