I saw this was on sale and figured I would post it for those that don't have health insurance. This is a great test that will not only tell you your fasting blood glucose,lipids, kidney/liver function etc but is a full CBC.

You just order it there, then print a form and go to labcorp. I recommend anyone who hasn't had bloodwork in a while do it.
