Where to get nitrous refilled?

I called around to gas supply stores and welding supply stores. But the only place to get a 10lb bottle refilled I found is Checkers which is $4.10 a lb.

AZ Power and Sound has a refil station, not sure on the cost though...

They are off Priest and University

that's about right i think in tucson it's 3.75 a lb
