Apparently, there's a shop in Texas (USA motorsports) were any rim you want can be custom-made in 35"-40" with tires...it takes a month, and it's NOT street-legal.

I know a guy that owns a machine shop and he made a set of 44" rims for a cadillac. He had to get some tractor rim blanks from china and then went from there. I will try and find a pic of that cuz it is funny as hell. I think he said the rim blanks were like 8K each.
