wat would i have to do to fit 1.8 type r pistons into my b16a can someone help me thanx

b16a has the same bore of 81mm
type r pistons should fit

you don't HAVE to, but I would go with over sized pistons myself to get a good seal and to up your displacement slightly. 81.25mm or 81.50mm MAX!

and you also have to have an oiling hole drilled in the B16 rods as they dont have then. or you could use ls rods!

I assume you are talking about US type R pistons. These will also lower your compression.
If you can get the b16 pistons. B16 pistons are around 180 to 200 for a set plus rings.
