adheres to paint "high spots" and imperfections such as dirt specs, bee shits, and imbeded rocks ect.

works very very well. but you need to know how to use it.

run your hand over your car when washing it. you feel all those tiny bumps and roughness? the clay bar will make it feel smother than your womans ass.

by the way.

Those guys deserve credit for there hard work. that is baddass. that thing reflects better than my bathroom mirror.

Man thats crazy. I wonder how often he is going to have to do this to keep it clean. Also how much did all that detailer cost?!?! That wax he used is like $13 a bottle and he used some crazy super high end stuff that i have never seen. Seems like a waste for a car he plans on driving around. SHow car maybe but thats not a show car.

i think we should do a write up on how to properly detail a car. what steps to take and when. make a nice long thread about it

how much to do my car man

Some guy on the forum I first saw this mentioned something about the guy that waxed the car:

I remember seeing an episode of Top Gear I believe that had the guy waxing his car with some elite brand of carnuba wax, his price was up in the thousands $$. He applies the wax by hand, because of how it reacts with some sort of enzyme. In other words, fucking rediculous. That same guy is the one in the pics waxing it, who knows how much he charged him.

now that is fucking bad ass!!!!! that color & car are sooooo much sexier now. lol. & a good detail does pay off on a car like that. when I get a REAL CAR (new nor newer) with good paint, that shit will be happening every weekend...

 where do i buy this clay bar?

you can get them anywhere, Walmart, VatoZone, Checkers ect.

but the good stuff is the industrial/ dealership use stuff. usually purple, green, and goldish/ tanninsh.

wal mart sells it....Mequiar's too....it's pretty pricy, but totally worth it. It removes contaminates from the paint, and returns it back to a show room finish...tedious work though!
