88-91 CRX Price?

Hey, I was wondering what I should be paying for an 88 to 91 CRX with a B16 swap, clean title, and a straight body. The car's been sitting for awhile, as it has a blown motor right now. It belongs to a friend of a friend who is planning on dropping the B16 in, throwing some decent wheels on it, and getting it in decent shape. Any idea what this thing would be worth?

with a blown b16 swap i would say about 800-1000 if a working and good driving crx maybe 2500 thats in good condition

crx shell thats clean is worth about 1000. so figure if any of the motor is salvageable at all (like the tranny or block) it maybe worth about 1500.

So am I safe to say that $4k is way too much, even if it an Si? I was thinking about $2k00 to $3k max, since it is an Si and will basically be "restored." Four thousand dollars did seem way high to me, lol.
