Good Camera?

[Theory]

I have had this camera for a while when i took photo my freshman year. Well ive been getting back into photo and stuff and i was wondering is this a good camera to take nice pictures with? I know most of the time its the picture taker who makes the picture but yea.
Its a Minolta Maxxum 3.
