General classes are B/S (Math,English, etc...)

Tech classes are above par, I would say they are as good or better than most University classes on the same subjects.

I'll be going to the U when I finish my last year at ITT to pursue an Engineering degree.

it just depends on what your want to do. thay have some pretty respectable programs, namely in the sciences, so that always helps when trying to goto grad school or for some job opportunities. the location is alright, lots of hot, shallow, cali-reject girls walking around. but tucson is still small and that limits the things to do, when school is out it turns to a ghost town around here. university and 4th ave usually turn into a good time so thats another bonus.

I transferred to school in Chicago for a bunch of reasons... First of all, I was a business major at the U of A, and I not only had no interest in it, but I was fucking around and not getting shit done. Also, I just had too damn much fun in Tucson, and I knew I wouldn't ever be able to get my work done just because there was always something else I wanted to be doing.

I'm originally from Chicago, so I'm used to the cost of things. The school I go to now is a tiny bit more expensive, but the cost of living in Chicago is definitely higher. I'm completely miserable here 60% of the year when its cold here, but I had to go somewhere I didn't really want to be so that I could study what I wanted to and do well... I've gone from a 2.3 at Arizona to a 3.7 here :blunt:

I'm transferring in (a change of plans is keeping me local in tucson) in the fall with my easy-to-get Pima credits. Of course, the best part is that those Pima credits from last semester and this semester completely take care of most of my pre-reqs. for Creative Writing. Funny part is that I dropped half my classes last semester (4 to start), took the CLEP test to get my College Algebra credits (one of the dropped classes), and I haven't done an ounce of homework since high school, and barely even then.

I'd laugh in all of my UofA friends' faces about how I have more credits than them, all with zero work required, but that might be mean...

Eller is a joke. It is well structured and they have good intentions but I didn't learn shit. No one taught me anything, none of the classes were revolutionary. If you want something worthwhile try and get into the entrepreneurship program. They are ranked #2 nationally and my friend thats in it has a very promising future with the business plan that he and his group put together.
