speedometer weirdness

the speedometer cable is binding!

mine used to do the same thing.

usually what happens is that the grease dries out or it just the cable inside doesn't turn easy...

you can disconnect it; take it out, and clean it. lube it with grease and make sure it turns free.

but
i just went buy it new for like $23 at the acura dealer. so should be less for a civic. less hassle....
