Well I was raised building American muscle (see signature) and all but like 2 of our daily drivers have been 12 second cars/trucks. That, to me, was average. Then one night in high school we went to Firebird to run my buddy's truck ('56 Ford, 9.97 best e.t.) and I ran into some friends from school who were into imports, and one of them had a turbo'd '99 Si B16A2, and went 15.7 and was STOKED to have knocked .2 off his previous best e.t. I started laughing without meaning to. I was told that that was VERY respectable, and I said, "No. You will get NO respect from me until you start knockin off 12's." This was met with a reply of "That's about as good as you'll see. It's REALLY good." I then said, "Wow. I hate import cars." They mockingly said that to me every time they saw me from then on.

Side note. Later they were arguing with me at school and I told them that when one of them built a 12 sec street Civic I'd start to be impressed. Someone said, "There is NO WAY you can build a 12 second, street driven Civic." I then found these words falling out of my stupid mouth; "you can't? Sounds like a wager to me." And I'm very proud and CANNOT be defeated, so now I must live up to it. And I'm trying. I thought just for fun I'd throw N/A into the mix. Granted that's gonna have a bit of help on the track via 4 Glidden pro-stock fogger nozzles, but hey, who's counting...So there you have it. That took WAY too long to explain.

Just out of simple curiosity, this is not meant to bash you at all bro, I am just wondering how many true freestyles you have seen to make the claim hes the greatest ever. I can think of at least 2 mc's locally who flow freestyle just as well. Also, I am not so sure that a planned event, even if its a battle is a true off the head freestyle. I'm sorry, I am just a freakin hip hop conoseur, and just wanted to ask, again no disrespect.....

and how is a planned event not considered a free style. both of these clips are random shit. in a hotel room in a bath robe and some dood on the streets comes up and talks to him. i don't see how it was planned. and i have always followed jin forever as far as back as 106 and park and before that. maybe u just need to see more of his stuff. i didn't wanna fill this thread about SN with jin clutter so i just tossed up a couple.
