My turbo GSR spools up but it doesnt release anything. I accidentally hit the wastgate with my hood and I think it might be that. Does anyone know what else it could be?

what kind of wastegate? I just had a similar isue w/ the TiAL my kit came with. It didnt come w/ the valve seat so no boost would build.

check your charge pipes for leaks or blown couplers

Sounds like it's spooling the turbo, but not building any boost. Like Samster said, check couplers, clamps, all charge piping, everything.. Sounds like a boost leak..

sounds like the the turbo is making boost, the motor just isnt seein any of it.... prolly a boost leak, check ur basics:blunt:

Bov ? when you say it doesnt release do you mean build boost or just make noise?
