Depends how far east you're talking.. I would recommend our shop (The P.A.I.N. Parlor) at 19th ave & Cactus, or if you need even further east, then Divinity tattoo at Scottsdale & Thomas, ask for DUB.

Virtual Reality did 2 of my 6 tattoos. They did a pretty good job, except both had either quit or was fired, and I needed a touch up. I do not recommend them. Easyrider tattoo on Scottsdale and 3rd st is good and reputable.

Here is the tat from Virtual that need touch up - cost $250 to get - $250 to touch up now.

vouch for Immaculate... don't have any work by them myself (YET!) but all of my friends go there, the colors are amaaazing and overall just beautiful work. Aaron @ Immaculate fo' sho'.
