I've seen smok420 or something VERY similar on a lowered Civic. I have no idea how he got that one through.

I know all it takes is one person to complain about your plate for you to lose it.

my uncle has a fit, told him he needs that one, but up in portland i had a friend whos plate read NONE.we he got tickets it would say license plate #: NONE. funny shit.
