How do you rule out ICM/igniter/coil ?

91 DX 1.5/5 speed.

My wife was driving along and it quit. I've checked fuel and spark and there is no spark. I know the Honda's have igniters and coils in the distributor, but I dont know how to test them. I certainly dont want to run down to Autozone and start "black box" repairing nor do I have a spare dizzy laying around I can swap out.

How do i test these?

If you have access to a digital multi meter its pretty easy with that but if not I think autozone tests them for free

if u have a manuel , for ur first time testing it would be easyer , shot gun theroy can get expensive since the ignitors r like $90 new , lmk if u need any of these parts i might have a fuew laying around, ill look ........
