That's for sure, sometimes I wish I served instead of being stuck on salary. I see what my staff makes and it just blows my mind. What's average grat there at JW??

around $22ish... and thats just on average. and I've never seen it lower than $17.
but I'm sure it's WAAAAYYYY higher in Phoenix

thing is that now with summer coming up we hardly get any business (summer+heat=slow season), so Im gotta find another temporery job for the summer. although I think i'm be working at my friends shop (its just like tucsons own WestCoast Customs, except less cars more trucks)

but you should apply around august they hire alot then. When the time comes hit me up and I'll get your recomndation done

Where I'm at average is 20, but the servers have it so easy. We're also a smaller place downtown. Most work at lots of other hotels and some places are averaging around 28

yeah dude, my full time job at the hotel is event set up (tables and chairs woot!) but at night I work as a sever and compared to doing set up, serving is ssssoooooo much easier! and pays way better! to bad I have too much fun doing set up or I'd just switch jobs.

ha setup is fun and alright when u do it for 4 months. lol than after that it sucks balls lol especially when u have a manager thats a bi-polar about 90% of the nights lol.

I started doing set-up years ago, now I'm a darn suit . . . what happened, lol. Still get stuck doing once in awhile though.
