jdm eg sir bumper and usdm eg bumper?

sombody wants to trade my "homie" a jdm eg bumper with oem foglights/password jdm harness and oem fog light siwtch for his usdm bumper+$200.. is there a difference between the bumpers usdm and jdm? is this a deal or no deal? thanks.

If they are yellow fogs I would say its a good deal. Last I checked yellow fogs on PW with the full harness(no switch) were going for 220ish, not including shipping. Even if they are clears it would still be a pretty good deal. I'd make sure they are real OEM Stanley though.
