B series drive shafts/ midshaft in eg...

which ones do i use? 94+ integra? or do i use the 90-93 integra ones? the 94+ integra has a male- male midshaft while the 90-93 has male to female midshaft. Same for the shiftlinkage? 94+ integra or 99-00 civic si? Thank you for input!
