okay i was trying to get my tach to register, when i noticed this.....let me know what you guys think i can do to fix this.....its pulled out of the plug, and some of the wire is stuck in there...

yea runs fine....just no tach will register, and i believe this is the tachometer wire...

other then grounding out and blowing a fuse. i think you are ok. but just bypass the harness and hard wiring it to the wire on the of the harness for now.

....it doesnt blow fuses, it has been this way ....for ever lol....but, thanks for the advice

yes. the blue wire off the dizzy is for the tach. Just hard wire it

hha doesent the ecu need this wire to be attached. otherwise it doesent know what rpm its at and that cant be good for rev limits and such.

dont know but i would attach it back, i would have to datalog to make sure but i bet it couldnt be good to leave it undone, take it to the rev limiter :)

well, i believe the blue doesnt go to the ecu...it goes to the tach, instead. the infos that feed the ecu is the crank pos. sensor, cylinder sensor, or the tdc sensor

....fixed, i knew what it was, just ...testin ya'll, i had it soldered to together before i even posted this...tach works fine yaya

Correct!! the blue wire is only for the tach feed. (well actually its the negative wire for the coil but thats inside the dizzy) and the ECU does not need this wire!
