90-93 i think i need to find out witch ecu and i need a wire harness

ive done 3swaps on the 90-93 celica two were the gt-s one just gt. i take it that your doing the 3sgte swap. and if hes has the gts celica there is alot of wiring, dont cheep out and pop a hole, use the 3sgte harness i think we added 18in the the harness to make it fit the oe harness hole, use the 3sgte ecu. your going to need to run a hot wire to the fuel pump. the 3rd pin dont worry about leave it unpluged. your just going to have to make a harness from the ign to the 3rd pin to make the car fire up. all im saying is if u do the swap dont DD the car, its going to be a project car and stuff will brake. trust me.

i had a 93 celica, i wanted to do the swap sooooo bad, but couldnt find anyone to help on the wireing. so i just ended up doing a diy turbo on it.

the celica forums suck. well so far iv done 2 swaps helped on another one. and there some guy out hear that has done 5swaps. they are not a DD swap. stuff will brake when you are driving. the car is not ment to go fast. i would brake a trans every other week u-pull it sells the trans for 150-100. sold the car after the 5th tranys. just buy a hatch or mr2 or alltrac if you have the cash. pm me if u need more info
