So some of you may remember how some of us got tickets on Mt. Lemmon in January. Well long story short, the court made an error and had the MVD suspend my license for not showing up to court when I was there bright and early along with Chase and Andrew. Once I got the letter a week later saying it was suspended, I immediately called the court and had them fix it...or so I thought.

Fast forward to tonight. I get pulled over for a tail light which was caused by it not being plugged in all the way. The cop ran my license and oh wait, it was still suspended. When he came back and told me that, I flat out told him: "You've got to be fucking shitting me." and he wrote me a ticket for it.

its always been my experience that the courts just suspend your licence, they dont reinstate it. You have to go to the dmv and get it reinstated yourself

Damn i just had my license reinstated yesterday, it was a lot of drama. had been pulled over cuz supposedly my insurance wasnt valid, which in turn had my license auto suspended. even tho i had all my valid info w/me.
I had to get an SR22 Form from my insurance to show proof of ownership and then a Court Absract showing proof that my ticket had been paid, then I had to take all that crap to the DMV so they'd reinstate my license. Then u gotta go back to the courts to see a judge and hope he'll waive the tickets.
The judge I spoke to said he saw that all my info was valid at the time the officer pulled me over, but since my ticket was for driving on suspended license, he said there was a mandatory $300 fine regardless. It was dropped to $200 for me.

lol, I gave like $690 to the court in Scottsdale like a year ago, and I thought I was fine, and even though I have the receipt they are still bugging me for that $690 that apparently disappeared. Because of my "Failure to pay fines" my License is suspended indefenitley. What sucks even worse, I had to find out it was suspended when I got pulled. Then I can't locate the registration and title for my car, so my hatchback is sitting at some unknown tow yard rotting.

Did you make copies of the paperwork to get out of the ticket? :oThree, actually. As soon as the judge sees it though he will let me off the hook. The brief of the pending Mt. Lemmon case says that it was suspended in error and the suspension was quashed, just the MVD never heard about it.
