Driver's License Question..

i got a notice today saying that my Driver's license is suspended for 3 months. the date it started was 2/14/07 and i can get it bacc on 5/14/07. the question is would i have to go to the MVD to get it reinstted? or does it do it automatically? it kinda sucks that i was never notified that my license was suspended. well i guess 11 more days?

this happened to me.just go down there and pay the fee for another license and take your picture and of course bring the letter...if it was for no insurance and you need an sr-22 make sure you have the sr-22 or you wont get it...happened to me man...sucked

its for having two tickets while being under the age of 18. i turn 18 this month.

and yeah i just got it today. it sucks because i could of been out there driving and "get pulled over" without knowing that my license was suspended. slow ass mvd FTL.

no you cant. you have to go pay in person and they give you a whole new license.

that where u go to get it back, no need to go to mvd unless they took ur copy away from u .

Your probably better off going down there...I tried to do it online and got denied.They had to give me a brand new license with new picture and all.

I had mine re-instated online, and they mailed me a copy of my DL.

this jsut happened to me, mine has been gone for a year.

i had to go the dmv get a form asking for it back, fill it out notarize it and mail it off to the address they told me to. i got a letter back yestarday saying i could get my liscens back, i have to pay reinstatment fee(30 bucks i think) and i do not need to get an sr22 :)

I don't even know what the hell is up with mine. One day I'll get like 6 notices in the mail all saying my DL is under review, has been suspended indefenitly, will be reinstated in 6 months, etc.
