well she shows total disregard for the law when she was caught driving 2 or 3 times after she signed a form acknowlaging that she was going to jail if she was caught driving.

from my understanding the times she was caught driving she was not drunk, so thats a plus for her, but just the fact that shes driving when shes on probation for driving offesnes is pretty redick....

i think she should go to jail for at least three days (over the weekend) just to make the point clear. if it were you or i (or any other common folk) we would be in jail with a suspended license for another year or two...total bullshit...

this can apply to tracy morgan, eve, busta ryhmes, nicole richee, and all the other peeps that were caught driving under the influence, the common folk would spend a day in jail because they cant afford bail, then hire an overpriced attorney so they can settle for 10 days in jail, 1300+ in fines, and a blemish on their driving record...

celebrities are exempt from real life...
