check engine light came on

i have OBD-0, and it came on after i had failed emissions.... anyone kno wut it could be?

it didnt flash, how do i kno wut code its throwing?

your ecu has a little led light on the front of it. if you pull up your carpet on the passenger side under the glove box you will see your ecu. When you turn your car on or flip the key all the way forward it should flash once really quick. didregard that it is just telling you that the ecu is working. Shortly after that, maybe a few seconds, the light should blink in any combination showing the code and it will constantly repeat the pattern of blinks. Check that and if you dont know how to read the blinks to decipher the code just post back up and i'll tell you how to.
