True that! Nothing will stop them from following you, you have to be aware of everything, no matter where you live.

As for the car, it depends on what your going for and what you do and don't want from the car

An EF is probably going to rattle, have ratty ass interior, and be hard to find with a straight body

An EK is more of a DD car. It's newer so it will be easier to find a clean one, interiors will still be clean and all intact etc
