strange bugs on me plant

wtf are these things, they are on the flower of one the cactus outside my house. i keep blasting them off with water but they keeping on coming back, they are like zombies!

are they trying to kill me plant?

Those are spider mites and yes, they are trying to kill your plant. Scrape em off, and spray them with water. The next day mix some rubbing alcohol with some water 50-50 and respray your plants.

There are also some good miticides out there, and you could probably use the cheaper chemical ones. I use the bio miticides because I get mites on my tomato's once theres a small drought here in IA.

Definately go do what lost_sol suggested, buy ladybugs at Target or homedepot. They usually come in a net package with like a 1000 of them and you just release them. They'll start eating/killing the aphids.
