My wife was looking for a new car and she loves VW's. She was attracted to the new Rabbit's cause it looks nice but doesn't cost as much as the new GTI's. We test drove one, she loved it. She is REALLY sad to have to rid of the 03 GTI was have... but she is happy to have a newer car with a 5 year 60k warranty... plus, the dealership gave us $13,600 for trade in. (THATS INSANE.) The rabbit is powered by a 5 cylinder 2.5L engine. Makes 150hp and 170tq. Not to shabby! It sounds really nice too... almost like a muffled vr6 pretty much. I really like it!

Now on to my new pc... or should i say... mac?!!?!?! After thinking things through, I went with a 17" iMac. It's definitely WAY faster than my previous rig was... its weird how this " terminal " is literally 2x faster than my old machine, yet its so compact. I absolutely love it. Heres some pics:

rabbits aftermarket is growing, and those 5 cylinder audi/vw motors sound sick with exhaust. they have nice mellow tone. if u wanna be more baller get down on a remus exhaust for your wife, she'll love it. congrats on the upgrades.

the warranty ran out last year and the timing belt is due to be changed. we didnt want it to become a money pit.. vw's cost $$$$ for repairs.

not a lot, but its definitely increasing. with the new gti's being the center of the vw aftermarket, the rabbit is being overlooked.. but the support is growing.

I like the new VW's. That new gti is hot. The rabbit is great looking to I just wish that front grill had the option to be black on every car not just the gti's. The crome is just to out there.

its not too bad. ive got xp loaded through bootcamp, i get 70-90 fps in half life 2 depending on the resolution. its not unplayable by any means.. but its definitely not like a newer gaming pc would be. i still love it though!
