Mine are Sprayed and ive never been stopped. Looks alright but id rather have them tinted with REAL tint.

do you guys think that using real tint at a 25%-20% tint is too dark for the tailights? let me know as i am going to just use real tint to do my tailights and headlights. the paint thing isnt working for me.

im thinking now just doing a 20%-25% tail lights tint smoke and headlights as 35% smoke. what do you guys think??

i think it would be ok

il gonna lightly "tint" my tais with a clear coat that has the same color and fleck as my car..

alright the fukn tint didnt work either. its a pain in the ass to lay it on flat on the coupe tail lights because there is a dip in the light ! would you guys think a tint shop might be able to do this or is it impossible because the lights are not flat. holla.

I found something that might help all, its made by testors, and its called transparent window tint spray, every hobby shop sells it... I got this idea from another thread on here, and dude put it on his lude tails, and it worked fine for him, saved me about 14.??, and a wait for versus to get a couple of cans in... haven't tried it yet, but will update all on it...

yeah i used the same stuff on my late car twice... be sure to sand with 220 grit what ever you are painting.. or it wont stick and will come off completely in a few months.

clear all you want, if you dont scuff it it wont stick. 220 sounds a bit harsh though. id use wet paper at like 4-600.

walmart sells translucent model paint. model cars typically have clear bodies and are painted from the inside. this stuff is designed to adhere to plastic.
