I wanna rebuild my d16 before doing any mods to it.. it has 140k on it and i dont wanna fuss with a swap. Any input??

desert cylinder head did all the machine work on my sohc head i had them fully build the thing and was very happy with how it turned out

cuz it has alot of miles on it.. and it has a bad oil ring.. sides why not start fresh??
