i need to know what i need for me to swap a k20 in my eg i know i need mounts and axles...but there's more stuff i need right what shift linkage do i need and would the rsx ecu work....thanks

K-swaps actually are not that tuff. The hard part is getting all the parts together and trying not to spend tons of $$ at the same time. But the actual mechanical work is really not that hard at all.

Here I will answer your questions:

You don't use linkage, the K-motors use Shift cables. You need the shifter box and cables from a RSX. You'll have to get the box according to the tranny you get, 5-speed or 6-speed.

You need the RSX harness to use the K-series ECU..

Richeee is right though....get your motor and then we'll help you.

Yah and you might want to get the karcepts kit to help mount the shifter box, it keeps it simple and makes it look stock and very clean.

why go with a k20 whan a k24 hybrid is so much cheaper. Its the new crvtec

i got the rsx type-s sitting in my back yard it was my cuzins out in cali and i got it from him for 2500 someone ran into him and fuked up the back of the car so i bought from him thats y im asking if all i need is mounts and axles because i got the car
