f23 is NOT a strong engine in my book... they blow up all the time on their own without any boost under daily driving... I love accords, but I fucking hate f23's. now sure built with some $$$ ANY motor can be good & make good power, but there are better starting platforms... f22, h22, h23 etc etc.... personally if I were you & I "needed" more power I would find a jdm f22b & boost that. better flowing & stronger bottom end & they are pretty cheap. you can also use a redrilled dsm set up for the turbo mani etc...

talk to stinker and notoriousB over on everything-honda.com
they both have boosted fully built F23s. I know stinker's accord is just about 400whp, and thats with a conservative tune. notoriousB is proably around 320whp. stinker got his block sleeved, while notoriousB stock with the cast iron stock sleeves. they both have detailed threads from their builds. its been done and it can work, but be prepaird to spend some cash, especially if you have someone build it for you. stinker and B both built their engines themselves.

the first thing to go on an F23 is the ringlands so if you run a turbo, you'll need to get some forged pistons, rods, and upgrade the rings and bearings.

I'm a big fan of nitrous :-) can be done safely and you only get the power when you want it. I ran a 75 shot (street) and a 100 shot (track) in my old b20 DA and the thing never had a problem. keep in mind, i had an FPR and those engines are a lower comp ratio so it worked out... something to look into... besides.. nitrous is WAY FUN!

a b20 & an f23 are a lot different.... I would NOT boost the stock f23 EVER!

I've got a nitrious kit sitting in my garage and I'm wondering if I should install it on the accord or not. it sounds like so much fun. :blunt:
