well with that like that, the MVD will not do anything with the title....if it has the name all crossed out, they wont touch it.

You have to get a new title and re do it....if it was like that when you got it notarized, the notary can get in trouble for that....just get a new title and re do it....and then, it will be fine

not the seller. i dont think he would have actually let me know where he lives so i think it was the dealer being shady.

ill get the name of the dealer after i get back!

IDK doood, but it doesn't look good... that thing is already on the 2nd or 3rd dealer.. you'll need to get in touch with the original owner who got the title if you need it reissued... you might be able to just get the statement of error from your dealer & yourself though.

you need and error of statment in regards to/from the guy that made the error. stating he made the error and has been varified/notarized.

I know how you feel, I had this same problem. Transfer title though 3 or 4 different hole in the wall dealerships. The last dealer to own it wrote his name different than he signed it or some bullshit. It wouldn't have been a big deal but I got the car in OKLAHOMA! It took almost a month to get straightened out:(

Do you know any notaries personally? $$$ talks
