my stereo got jacked a few weeks ago. a friend of mine gave me his old alpine deck to use, so i wired it up and all, but i think im missing a peice, it just lays there in the din slot. Is there supposed to be something holding this thing in its place? I dont remember anythign being there with the old deck, but i do have a horrible memory.

well i found a front peice for it, but the stereo can still move in and out. is there another peice i am missing?

its a lil back plate i comes wen u get tha deck

its called a sleeve. it slides on the back on the deck and clicks into place. then you bend the little metal tabs on the sleeve around the stock honda plastic dash paice. then it will no longer move. good luck

That happened to me too.

Run down to circuit city and go in the back where they do the installs and ask for one-if you.re lucky you can get one for free.
